SubD Reflect Object turns grey

Hey I use Subd first Time and when I using reflektion, the lower body turns grey. And Idk. when I pull one side up, the other side goes down. I just want to pull up one side.
How I fix this in Options?

maybe instead of Reflect, you could use Mirror?
