even whit to nurbs commands crease changes to 0, or when clipboard copy from one file to another (both V8), any options to prevent this on mac ?

Rhino 7 does not support weighted SubD creases, only hard creases. So any SubD pasted into Rhino 7 (or exported to a Rhino 7 file) will have all its weighted edges smoothed. Hard creases will remain. Copying Breps (the result of running ToNURBS on a SubD) from v8 to v7 should keep shapes exactly the same.
Rhino 8 for Mac had a bug in early service releases where copying a SubD to the clipboard would smooth all weighted creases. The result was that even pasting into Rhino 8 for Mac would loose all weighted creases. This bug was fixed in Rhino 8.10. Are you running the latest Rhino 8 service release?
