SubD edge selection insanity

hi RMA,

I tried do a simple thing in SubD inside Rhino today. Everything takes forever, for many frictiony things already discussed here, but this one is one of the worst crimes:

When will this be fixed? It’s nuts!

@gustojunk this appears to be greatly improved in my testing of v8 here… are you still seeing this behavior?

if so can you send a test file that we can use for tuning?
