.stp file opening error

Hi, I have been trying to open a .stp file in Rhino, however, its showing nothing in the screen. I have tried to open Rhino in safe mode and did repair as well. Whenever I open .stp file Rhino screen shows " oading Legacy Rhino Render, version 1.50, Jul 12 2022, 09:13:56". below is my systeminfo,
