I ask you for advice how to split this surface to rhombic pieces. I need each piece with the same size.

You asked a simple question to which only complexity answers. You are asking for a unitized system on a rather free-form surface. The nature of the surface matters greatly. Also you’ll need to define your rhombuses. Are they flat? If so, expect huge gaps between them.
My suggestion is that you look into surface tessellation just a little more and possibly refine your question so it’s a little less generic
