Hi, I just realize that some commands are not showing in Recent Commands menu. For now I found “_BooleanDifference” and “_DupEdge”, but there will be probably more. Wierd thing is, that they can be still repeated with Enter key, so maybe there is problem only in the menu? Please see attached video.

Which version of Rhino 8 are you using? I can’t seem to reproduce this in Rhino 8.5 for Mac.
Something tells me this relates to:
RH-81115 Shortcuts are shown instead of the command in context menu
as I can see

Ahh, the worst sort of bug. Perhaps the bug starts to happen after you’ve been modeling for awhile, or after the Mac awakes from sleep or… [insert speculation here] 
If you notice a pattern, please let us know.
I know, this is terrible to fix. If I notice a pattern I’ll let you know. It happened again, right now, but I have no clue why…

Hello @dan , here is a small update on this topic that might help. I found a command that does not appear in the menu even after a fresh start of Rhino. It’s “FilletEdge Edit”. Furthermore, “Blend Surface” is often missing from the menu, but only after using Rhino for a long time.
The strange thing is that in the history window, the command is normally shown, it is only missing in the recent commands menu…

I suspect the devil is in the details with this one. How exactly are you running _FilletEdge _Edit? Are you running the command by typing in _FilletEdge? From a toolbar item?

I also tried it again with the same result. The command is not shown in the Recent Commands but it is present in history window.

Thanks for the SystemInfo. I thought may macOS Monterey could be the culprit here, but I tested there (though on a slightly older version - 12.6.8) and I still couldn’t reproduce it…
I really doubt that the “Never repeat these commands” list is the problem, but since I can’t reproduce the issue, you might delete all the items in that list, restart Rhino, and see if the problem persists or not. You can always get that list back as you helpfully copied it here :).
Frustrating we can’t pin this one down …yet.
