Right now Rhino doesn’t import SolidWorks 2026 (SLDPRT) files.
Will this be made possible in V8, or does it come later in V9?

To solve the immediate need, the latest versions of SolidWorks allow back saving to the 2 previous versions, if you are able to request that.
That’s what I recommended as an intermediate solution.
FYI: Support for SW 2026 will come with datakit 2026.1, which will be released in january.
RH-90674 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 28
