Snapshot plugin not available

Any idea why when I try t use snapshot, it said: “Plugin not available”?

Could you please verify from the Plug-ins page (Tools->Options->Plug-ins) that Snapshots is listed and enabled? If not you need to install it manually: NamedSnapshots.rhp

The plugin was not loaded. No idea why. It is working fine now.
