Snapshots plugin not loading

I tried to use Snaphots for the first time today and when I typed in Snapshots it came up with ‘ unknown command’. so I checked and it seemed that the snapshot plugin wasnt loaded or enabled. I fixed that in plugins, but now everytime I start Rhino a popup appears on startup asking me if I want to install the snapshot plugin. This is very annoying. How can I set it so that it loads on startup all the time and is enabled without asking me every time

When you go to the PluginManager and you look at the details for the Snapshots plugin, do your settings & details look like this?

Mostly that s what I see. I dont have the tick under the enabled column but i do have the yes

You need to enable the plug-in and restart Rhino.
