Hi Christos -
Running Rhino - any version - is currently not supported on systems running on ARM processors.
We have done some work on Rhino 8 to prevent crashing when launching Rhino.
As far as Rhino 7 is concerned, it will greatly depend on the GPU drivers if you can get Rhino to run, so you could always try to get the most recent drivers for your machine.
You can also try disabling GPU tessellation on the OpenGL options page in Rhino.

100% return it. you will not have good results trying to run Rhino 7.
we are working on getting v9 to run on these machines but that will very likely not get back ported.
see this thread before computer shopping.
If you are in the market for a new lap top to run rhino.
Most importantly, Look for one with a **standalone video card. Specifically an Nvidia RTX(recommended) or higher end AMDcard **. More vram and more rendering cores (Called cuda cores on an nvidia card) are better. Mac users should be looking at a Silicon M1/M2/M3/M4. Rhino requires 4 gb vram for each monitor you connect. If you are connecting 3 monitors, you need 12gb vram minimum.

You can try the latest microsoft drivers
You are on a Windows ARM computer which is something we don’t support for Rhino 8. We have been working with Microsoft on this and they recently released updated OpenGL display drivers that should fix the crash that you are seeing when just starting up. You may need to go to the Windows Store application on your computer and download/install the latest OpenGL drivers. Look for the OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack
