If I drag a layer in the layer manager, If I then next try to either lock or turn off a nother layer it instead selects it and the currently selected layer. For some reason this doesn’t occur the first time it is done , but subsequently occurs every time, even if commands are done in between

I recorded a gif of what I mean. I also checked rhino 5 at it has the same behavior.
