where are the sketch constraints in rhino 8?
this web help page has detailed various constraints commands but they don’t work?

thankyou for your reply.
I realized that after I uploaded the question and have since downloaded Rhino 9 wip, however, the constraints have a way to go… 
I was hoping I could use them in 2d sketches to create/design simple mechanisms but they are not advanced enough…
i have since seen Freecad might do this so I might download a copy of that to try, but ultimately would prefer to stay in Rhino if I can…
if anyone has any tips on doing 2d joint sin rhino for simple mechanism simulation please advise.
