Simplifying DXF Curves

I’m running into an error where my curves are being simplified when I go to export them to my cutting software.
Normally I run my geometry through a nesting software after they’re created in rhino and then import to my cutting software- without any problems.
Recently I had created a quick outline that I tried to import straight to my cutting software from rhino and it straightened out all of my curves.
This was the original file:
Tape Holder.dxf (161.8 KB)

And then this is how it looked in my cutting software.

I tried running the same file through my nesting software, just to see what would happen, and that version imported correctly to the cutting software.
Tape Holder Nested.dxf (23.2 KB)

These are my export settings;

Any idea what could be causing the issue?

Would be helpful to have the original 3dm file.
Try enabling Explode polycurves and Split curves at links.
I find these settings work quite well.

Experimenting with the first DXF file in your post I notice the arcs are NURB arcs and import into other software as splines. You might want to run simplify on them before export or enable Simplify lines & arcs on the export dialog. Personally I simplify before export, don’t like the output using simplify on the export dialog.
