Side bar has vanished

As soon as I started rhino, 70 days remaining of the trial version a “RUI File Error” message stating the following:

"
There was an error loading the existing default toolbar file. A new default toolbar file has been opened instead.

The previous file has been renamed as “C:\Users\zio\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\6.0\UI\default.rui.error”
"

How do I proceed to have full access to rhino as before?

please help!

Hello - please run the command ToolbarReset and restart Rhino - does that sort it out?
