Shaded and Rendered Mode are dark and glossy

Hello! I’m currently using rhino 8 and all the sudden my shaded and rendered modes are acting up. The shaded mode is dark and glossy and rendered is greyed out. Here are the photos.

Is there something that recently changed on your system? Windows update, new programs, …?
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste its result here.

There are no pictures, but note that posting a 3dm file often is a lot more useful than posting images.

My rendered mode is in a darker more glossy mode and my shaded is lighter and neon looking

I see that you double-posted and I’ve now merged those two threads.

Please post the output from the SystemInfo command and a 3dm file that we can check.

your graphics card is likely malfunctioning due to an bad driver or possible hardware failure.

open rhino run the systeminfo command and post the report here.
