Setting Commands in Rhino

Hi,

I remember that once for example using the Pipe command if I set cap=none
when I reopened Rhino the setting remained. . . this has changed?

No. I tested this on both Rhino 6 and Rhino 7 and this seems to behave the same way as it currently does in Rhino 8. The setting is not sticky between sessions. You could create an alias or custom toolbar button with the command options as you would want them.

my fault, I asked the question badly.
the comparison I wanted to make was between Pipe and Offset.
the Cap in Offset remains set with the last setting,
while with the Pipe it always resets with the Cap=Flat

I’ve been arguing with Pipe lately, sorry again

Wouldn’t it be desirable if all command settings worked the same way?
