Hello,
Is there a way to make selected objects glow or contour thicker in order to percieve them better? If not is it planned to be implemented at some point? It’s one of the only thing that I miss from autocad and is really problematic sometimes…
did you already try shade highlight selected surfaces and polysurfaces in the display modes? other than that i have the feeling there was some recent implementation of selection silhouette in the wip8 but strangely i can not find it myself now but i am also not using the wip a lot @wim can you help?
Hi -
“Shade-highlight selected” is probably what you’ll have to use for the time being.
Silhouette highlighting was something that was looked at in the Rhino 8 WIPs and this project will be taken up again during the Rhino 9 WIP cycle.

Hello,
Ok thanks for the info.
I already use it for surfaces. My problem are curves. As I am a bit colorblind, selected curves lose claritiy in certain case. And it removes one color range of layer/line to keep it for selection…
I’ll wait and hope it’ll be in Rhino 9.
