Select wanted panels with List item

Hello, everyone.

I’m designing a facade and I wonder how I could select the darker red parts in the picture below with grasshopper. (I used Lunchbox plug-in for Quad Panels)
I’ve done it with python code, but I’m finding a way to do with grasshopper.
