Select meshes by volume range

Hello,

I am working with data from cloud simulation software. I import the field of clouds from an STL. There many cloud – some big and some very small clouds.

I need to isolate the big clouds. Finding and removing all the small clouds is super cumbersome.

Is there a way to select all meshes by volume? i.e select all meshes below a volume of X, or all meshes with a volume between X and Y?

SYSTEM: I use Rhino 7 and RhinoBETA 8 on Apple.

Hi Steven - in plain Rhino, there is not much that will help here - a few scrips have turned up over the years, I’ll see what I can dig out.
