Section tools - No active sections were detected

My drawing all of a sudden is giving me the above message,Which is rather concerning as i have a lot of sections active,The section lines are still displayed and the sections are visible,I just can’t access them
i have created a new section and it is still counting from the last position(e.g. 21)

Hi. This indicates that the sections information were not read with the file. Just don’t save, and try to reopen the file. If you still have this problem can you share it with me? You can email directly if you wish

Hi Rajaa,
I have just worked it out.
I was a victim of the dreaded(And inexcusable),Drawing disappearing when i close the block editor bug!!!
It has only happened a couple of times in V7 but is really annoying.

I had to save without plug in data to get the drawing back,So it happened then!

is there any way of getting that data back?

Do you have an older version of the file? or a backup (might find it in the trash)

Try that, and see if you can get the sections from there

well,Yeah i can do that but i have now lost control over the sections.
The actual section lines are still there,Hopefully nothing changes…

Can you send me both files? The current with inactive sections and an older one with active ones. I have a thought that might help.
