Radial Pop-up replaces the box Pop-up = ‘Right equipment, lowest cost.’
Reason 1: The box pop-up feels crowded, making it feel like there is pressure to access the icons.
Reason 2: Radial Pop-up has linked icons that can be positioned in the second row, making it more aesthetically pleasing and convenient to use.

Radial Pop-up Menu Design:
Radial Graphical lines must be eliminated because they resemble ADesk products and detract from the modest Rhino GUI.
Think of offering a radial menu that is both icon-based (Adesk) and text-customizable (Blender). While some people like symbols, others prefer text.
Don’t be like Adesk and long press RMB to open the Radial menu. Essentially, this function is a pop-up menu.
Press 'P' key, it Pops up like it used to be.

Hello,
I’m out on a journey to create a Radial Popup Menu for Rhino that has image buttons on it that can spawn additional dialog (likely Eto) on clicking one of the menu options.
I’ve come across various visual examples of this implementation on the forums here and of course Grasshopper has a similar radial menu built in but I haven’t found any code to this effect.
I wanted to pick the community brain on this kind of implementation from a cross platform perspective.

Addition 1): New Sub-Command to Pop-Up Menu: _expand
How it behaves:
Run Popup: The default radial menu appears.
Execute the sub-command ‘_Expand’ or similar’ to display the next row.
Drag and drop icons to the menu.

After this initial phase, McNeel will have issues with the pop-up UI, usability, etc. But first, complete the homework; users will then comment based on the previous progress. Fixing problems in the second stage of development is simple.
