Hello,
I am trying to take a couple of photographs and make a 3D mesh from them.
I import a photo, trace a rough outline based on a scale reference, and remove the original reference photo. This leaves me with a curve that approximates the shape in the photo.
In order to give the object depth, I need to overlay photos from different angles to one another.
In the first photo, I have my original outline of the front of the object next to a photo of the opposite side of the object. I have chosen 3 points and I am trying to scale the photo from each of the three points to “stretch” the image in order to overlay and Scale to my curve.
It seems like this might be a relatively simple function, but I can’t seem to do anything other than align one of the points to another point by snapping.
Can I snap one point in the photo to the original curve, lock that snap point, then do this with the other two points as a way to scale?
Thanks for any help!
Nick
