Scale ruler while zooming

Hi, I got this file from another people and dont know what kind of magic he did : there is a scale ruler on the bottom right and it is changing when zooming in/out.

How can I do the same?

Hi -

There are existing plug-ins that will provide that feature.
The one in your video is possibly VisualARQ(?)

@lando.schumpich wrote a plug-in a few years ago that you can get from the following post. That was written for Rhino 6 and seems to work fine in the current Rhino WIP as well.
