Save and Print windows are greyed out and cannot be closed

Hello,

When I want to print or save a drawing as a PDF the windows are grayed out after printing and saved and then can not be closed.

In the Activity Monitor I can see that ‘Open and Save Panel Service (Rhino 7)’ and ‘QuickLookUIService (OPen and Save Panel Service (Rhino 7))’ and ‘ThemeWidgetControlViewService (Rhino 7)’ and ‘RhinoMonitor’ are active besides ‘Rhino 7’.

What can I do to solve this?

I work with:
Rhino Version 7 (7.38.24338.17002, 2024-12-03)
macOS Sequioa 15.5 (24F74)

Also when I want to set a window to print the printer automatically starts printing immediately before setting the scale right or the printer prints an older window. What can I do to stop this? Does anyone else experiences this? This is a bit of waste of paper.

My printer is an EPSON ET-15000

Hi Dirk,

This may have to do with the newer macOS you are running.

One thing to try is the ResetPreferences command

Hi Japhy, Thank you for responding. I used the _ResetMessageBoxes command and that seem to have worked. Except when I to set a window for printing the printer still automatically starts printing. Any solution for this?
