Unable to print

For some reason when printing no lines appear in the print setup dialog window when we want to print a file or send to a laser cutter. I’ve tried restarting the program with no luck. Is there something preventing line drawings being shown on the print out menu? See image below. It has worked fine previously but has suddenly stopped working. No update has occurred either. Using Rhino 7 on windows.

Is there a pathway in the registry, under HKEY_CURRENT_USER that could reset the printing properties?

You can Repair, go to Add or Remove Programs > Rhino 7 > Modify > Repair the install.

What is your Rhino 7 SystemInfo (via Rhino command line). Thanks

I will give that a shot this afternoon. Is there any other way in case this isn’t successful? Thanks for your help. Here’s my system info.

You’re on 7.30, the current release is 7.36.

Also note that you’re running a 1 gb video card, which is below the System recommendations.
