Rotate plane for points and Multiple cull patterns

Can someone guide how to rotate plane for points in order to achieve a diagonal grid with the points.

Something like this.

Also, I have used multiple breps with multiple cull pattern. Is there any better way for a good workflow?

This is awesome. There is no need for voxel component?
My definition looks pretty trash in front of this.
