How do you rotate a map file on Rhino for Mac? Thank you in advance.
I might be describing this incorrectly. What I am trying to do is rotate the texture/material shown in green (copper) on the roof of the attached image so that the grain of the image is parallel to the black lines in the roof. I am not finding a way to do that.copper roof.pdf (691.7 KB)
There are some UV mapping controls in Mac Rhino like those found in Rhino 4 on Windows. Check out the commands beginning with Apply like ApplyPlanarMapping and then use MappingWidget to see and edit the mapping. Another command that is helpful is MatchMapping. All of this is lacking a UI however so it’s understandable to not know it’s there.
