Maybe I’m misunderstanding the parameters, but I would like my RMB to work as validation for a “short” click and then be a a context menu if I make a “longer” click.
Is it not what Right mouse button menu is for ?

well it seems to work, on press only. when you keep the mouse button pressed the delay will occur. if you let go it is avoiding the delay… not sure if that is supposed to be so but here it kind of works. but only if you dont pan the viewport, then you disable the context completely.
Yes it does work like this on Rhino Windows, but it always open the context whatever I do on Rhino Mac
that is a bug then, are you using the newest version of rhino? i am using a mac either and here it works as described above.
maybe just to clarify, i might have not described it properly, i meant if you let go on the rmb immediately the delay will be avoided. are press and holding the rmb?
