This error pops up when I try to open Rhino? So I can’t open Rhino now and the one time it did open after this error, it no longer recognised Grasshoper as a command. I haven’t changed anything since I last opened Rhino so I’m slightly confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’d start with a Repair of the Rhino installation. Go to the Windows Control Panel → Programs → Programs and Features, find and right-click on Rhino 8, and pick “Change”, then “Repair” in the dialog box that pops up.
