RhinoInside + alias studio 2019 - would it be working soon?

just a general question
since alias 2019 has dynamo integrated, it would be great if rhino inside could help us migrate to alias, and use the power of grasshopper in alias, this way bypassing dynamo, and allowing more Rhino licenses to be out there.

thnx

Does Alias Studio have an API?

If you Google “OpenAlias” you will find some documentation on a C++ API. Darn if I can find a download.

I’d also love to have this, with Dynamo being as clumsy as it is, and Grasshopper being increasingly important in the automotive industry (where I work).
The OpenAlias documentation ist here:
http://help.autodesk.com/view/ALIAS/2020/ENU/?guid=GUID-87FF3214-4B1B-4631-8804-A145CF39306E
Unfortunately it looks like it’s only included with the Alias products with very little maintenance changes for some years now. I couldn’t find a standalone download either. Unsure whether Autodesk would be interested in working on this, as it’s “make Alias more attractive to customers” vs “shoot our own product Dynamo in the knee”. In doubt I’d wager on the latter.
