The files I work with started to grow exponentially, I don’t know what I did, but one of them returned to its original size, I have two size versions for the same file 1238kb and 1349252kb, Audit3dm points to the Rhinocam plug-in as responsible for the change in size, but I haven’t figured out how to restore the original size of the 50 other files I work with.

I use the data to cut in a CNC, I appreciate the interest in helping, but removing the plugin from the file is not an option, the doubt is because the same file containing the same data has two different sizes.
As the file bloat is not under RhinoCAM but under RhinoArt1FileExplorer, as RhinoArt works on meshes, this ‘data’ might be some humongous meshes that it is storing for ‘possible’ export.
Just for your info, purging plug-in DATA from a specific file does not remove the plug-in itself, only the data it has stored in the file in question, up to the time of the purge. You can continue to use the plug-in and add new data to the file as you need, all other files and the plug-in itself are completely unaffected.
I have had nothing but trouble with the RhinoArt file exporter plug-in giving me messages that it refused to load on startup , so I removed it from my system a long time ago (as I do not use RhinoArt). RhinoCAM (2020) continues to function normally without it.
That usually means there are some previous toolpaths in the file. When you open the file, do you get a second copy of the operations? In any case this sounds like a bug that should be reported to Mecsoft. I will look into doing some tests here.
