does this show v8 interface versus prior version ?
moving the slider left and right its not saying which is the new v8 interface though to the left shows loss of the command line area.
I want to see something showing what the changed interface is to be, as someone said its different to 5.
Also this site shows additions as clickable icons. play each one to see whats new.
I also want to know what has been FIXED.
e.g. what is going to be needed to open my V5 files into V8, as V7 required everything to be changed to scale 1:1 when default V5 had been 1:10.
I did all that, creating all new templates, then the dims were still microscopic.
The other key issue as others had flagged up was the line quality was no longer smooth. I was seeing a twisted ribbon effect. I adopted the McNeel gamma setting fix that solved the line effcet but caused loss of grid colours and altering those to what would have been crazy shades of grey in V5, solved it, and I ended up with overly dark grid in Ghosting view and wireframe etc, and one setting didnt solve all views, so a complete failure, so back to V5 I had to go.
Where is a list of fixes ?
