Rhino8 Ctrl-S ignored after Layer State restoration

Hello,

In Rhino V8, after restoring a layer state from the Layer States list panel, Ctrl-S is ignored, even if typed multiple times. If the mouse is clicked in the main view before Ctrl-S, the save request is recognised. Other command input is probably ignored in the same way, but it is disconcerting to think that a save request could be ignored and not noticed.

this issue (the general issue of shortcuts not being forwarded) is on the list as:
RH-81217 Shortcut doesn’t work when Layer Panel has focus

I’ve added this thread.
