Rhino7 is not responding after launching it. Downloaded and installed the setup from rhino3d. Tried everything. Please help me out !!
Hi -
Does it launch when you start it in safe mode?
-wim
Yes, it launches.
But not able to work properly on that.
Start in Safe Mode, run the command _SystemInfo in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.
Safemode is a troubleshooting tool that blocks loading OpenGL graphics and plug-ins; either of which can cause these problems.
Safemode is Not a solution. It is a way to gain access to information needed to assess and diagnose the problem.

Okay your Intel and AMD video drivers are extremely old, the first thing to try is to update them. Those things need to be kept up-to-date for Rhino.

@Helvetosaur @JimCarruthers please help
Hi -
There appears to be a more recent driver available from https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r5-series/amd-radeon-r5-400-series/amd-radeon-r5-m430.
-wim
I don’t know. Your Radeon card is 5-6 years old, looks like you have the latest driver available, but it is really entry-level and below the 4Gb minimum memory recommended…
The Intel 620 is even weaker, but there is a later driver available, you might try that.
I don’t have any other ideas…
Hey, Thank you all for the suggestions, nothing seems to be working at the moment. Maybe there’s some hardware issue.
Make sure you are not using a docking station or secondary monitor.
You should only be using your built in monitor for this test, not plugged into a docking station, no extra peripherals attached, and plugged into power.
