Rhino7 - Installer won't mount

Hi,

Trying to install Rhino on a second machine and downloaded latest Windows version. Once I try to open the .exe it attempts to open and then closes again - not sure if this is something to do with latest OS updates but have tried to update all i can find - still no luck

To be clear, is your Windows fully up to date (Check for Updates), and rebooted?
Is it asking to elevate to Administrator?
