Rhino to Sketchup conversion

I have received a Rhino file and a Sketchup file from a consultant. The original file is created by a Materport 3D scan camera and generated from Lidar data. Both are pretty large files- abo 400 MB. In Rhino, the mesh faces are rendered correctly, but in Sketchup, the number of image files is replaced by the default colour. Could you help me troubleshoot this issue? Our office ultimately works in Sketchup, so we must use Sketchup format for further modelling.

I’m missing something here. From your screenshots, it looks like only the scan data is present in both Rhino and SketchUp. If you have received the scene in both file formats, what makes this a Rhino question and not a SketchUp question?
