When will the Rhino Templates be updated for Visual Studio 2026?
And is the current version, Rhino Templates 2022, compatible with Visual Studio 2026?

After installing Visual Studio 2026, the Rhino Template 8.16.2.0 was successfully installed and integrated with it.
This is what we expect, but good to know it works!

VS2026 is still in the Insider phase.
Everything that worked for VS2022 should be still working (so far so good for me, unless themes).
Just notice that the RhinoCommon and Grasshopper nuget package is associated with the Rhino version you want to support.
It is now fully released alongside .net 10

BTW, is Rhino 8 still officially based on Net 7 and unofficially based on Net 8 since v8.21?
Always a bit uncertain of how to target my GH plugin.
Targeting net7.0 would give you full compatibility with every Rhino 8.0 and above version. GH will use whatever net version Rhino does.
