Rhino scale dimensions from imported dwg

Hi, I have been struggling to figure out how to scale all dims on a dwg that I’ve imported.

the dims were fine before I scaled 2d any help is appreciated.

It’s impossible to know what we are looking at. Please always post a .3dm file.
Having said that, perhaps playing with the annotation scaling options in the Document Properties -> Annotations Styles makes a difference?
