Rhino render

I like the lighting and colors in Rhino Render, does anyone know how to achieve this in Keyshot?

what more would you expect from a different render engine which should look the exact same? why not just using rhinos output?

Using Rhino Render is too slow and not as clear as Keyshot

you post an image of a shaded object which needs zero render time and claim its too slow, that does not make any sense.

maybe there is a misunderstanding? what exactly are you trying to replicate?

with ViewCaptureToFile you can ouput the image directly into a transparent png for further use no rendering needed, quality looks good to me?

Speed in rhino render is directly connected to your machines hardware. Can you please run the systeminfo command in rhino and post the results here?

“not as clear”
This should not be the case, can you show an example of rhino vs keyshot on the same model so we can figure out what you are seeing? It’s very likely you just need to change your sample count in rhino to run a bit longer, or enable a denoiser.

ok, alot to unpack here.

  1. you need to update rhino to the latest service release,
  2. your video card does not meet the min system requirements,
  3. you are rendering on the CPU, not the graphics card,
  4. your graphics drivers need to be updated,
  5. you need to use an Nvidia denoiser
  6. It looks like you have no environment enabled in Rhino (this is default in keyshot)
  7. you do not have the skylight enabled in rhino
  8. your render times are really really slow… like way too slow even for a sub standard machine.
  9. you are also using a stolen copy of rhino, which is bad form.

can you post your file? I may be able to help you out with this to get better results.
