Rhino move to selectable point after point clicked not before

Is it possible in Rhino 8 to move items to a selectable point after a point is clicked, and not before?

i.e

  • select a solid or a group etc…
  • select the move command
  • select the from point

Then instead of the objects sticking to the mouse and moving around and getting in the way, they stay where they started and only move once you have selected the “to” point?
