Rhino License - transfer from old computer

how do I tie my rhino license to a new laptop?

My windows PC stopped working - so unable to unlink my rhino license to tie it to my new laptop (Mac).

I tried logging into Rhino with my email account linked to the license to see if that could help, but it says the email address doesn’t have an account

please advise. Thanks!

You’ll need to contact Seattle Sales when we open tomorrow.
This is assuming you own a purchased, permanent license.
I can only find evaluation licenses associated with the email address you’re using here.

I’m concerned you are walking into unexpected problems and disappointment by trying to use Rhino on a new M1 Mac.
