No, this is not a developer question, the question is, when i open Rhino, is there any way for not to create “Default Layer” automatically ? I’m talking of Rhino IDE

Yes, you can set up your own template with layers of your choice. In Rhino Options > Files > Template files > Default, you can specify the path to this custom template file. When Rhino starts, the layers will be as you have set them in your template.

The layers in new files are stored in the template files. You can save a file of your choice as a new template.
