Rhino keeps crashing

Hello, I have been using Rhino for some time now, and it was working fine. It became a bit slow so I made some space on my pc thinking it would be better. Now it crashed everytime I open a new file and draw a circle.
Here is the system information.
Does anyone know a solution to this? Thank you!

Dag Nico -

From that message, you shouldn’t be seeing anything as there are no monitors and the laptop lid is probably closed.

That, at least, is how Rhino gets access to the hardware on your system.
I’m going to assume that you also have a different GPU in that machine. Go to the website of the producer of that GPU and download the latest drivers that are available. Install those using the “Clean Install” option.

It would be helpful if you submitted the crash reports with the reporter dialog that should show up after Rhino crashes.

Thank you for this information. I am not a tech person so GPU and all that is like Chinese to me
The lid was not closed, it just shows a black screen and nothing works anymore.

This following post has step-by-step instructions that might help:

Great, thanks. Will try that. For step 2, I have 2 Intel adapters visible, Intel(R) Arc :trade_mark: A730M Graphics and Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics. Should I delete both of them or just one?

It stays the same, can I un- and reinstall Rhino?

Hi Nico -

That won’t change anything.
Can you post the new output from the Rhino SystemInfo command?
