Rhino Inside Revit - Filtering by Parameter (Phase)

Hi there.

I’m trying to filter elements by Phase Demolished in RIR. Basically, I am trying to filter out elements that have been demolished so I can only bring in elements that are Existing or New Construction. I have tried a handful of methods to sort, dispatch, cull, filter these and I’m having no luck. Any suggestions?

I have tried to do a demo of your case. Doors with dashed lines’ Phase Demolished parameters equals to “New Construction” and others are set to “None”. The following image show how I achieved filtering those elements. Hope it works for you.
