Hello,
I am trying to install and use rhino inside revit for revit 2026.
I have:
-rhino 7.38.24338.17001
-revit 2026
-Rhino.inside.revit_1.32
I am able to view the rhino inside revit add-in in the revit 2026 add-in manager but cannot access the plug-in on the actual add-in ribbon. I have also tried to open revit 2025 where I have had previous success with add-ins but still rhino.for.revit_1.32 does not show up under add-ins.
Any advice?

Revit 2025 and 2026 run in .netcore 8 which is not compatible with Rhino 7, you’ll need Rhino 8.

This isn’t clear on RIR’s website, it just states that you need Rhino7 or 8. Why did support stop for Rhino7 on newer versions of Revit (2025/2026)?
Revit changed to .netcore in 2025, Rhino 8 is also in .netcore (and can switch back to .netframework for older versions of Revit, Rhino 7 is stuck in .netframework and incompatible with Revit 2025+
