Rhino grasshopper toolbar

I notice there is a toolbar of grasshopper in Rhino , but not sure what is it call so I can find the instruction on how to use it . Can anyone help ? Thanks !!

You can publish a slider, button or toggle component to the remote control panel which in some cases can be a more efficient way to change inputs.
