If you temporarily disable Enscape, is it any better?

Hello, unfortunately disabling enscape seems to have no effect.

Hmm, I don’t know then, your computer seems to be largely powerful enough to run even big files and the drivers are up to date…

Does this happen with all files, even simple ones?

Yes! Extremely simple ones, but this file is that latest one I have been working with, it has a lot of geometry but it is all simple geometry, I don’t understand what could be causing this issue.

Hi -

It doesn’t look like there is anything at all in that zip file.

Assuming you are saving on your local SSD, do you have plenty of free space on the drive?

Sorry about that! Just realizing the file is too big to send, its 697 MB, is that unreasonable?

I actually don’t save anything to my hard drive, I have an external hard drive and I save to my cloud as well.

Try disable file compression in advanced options.

Hi -

I wouldn’t say that’s unreasonable, but, depending on the number of objects in that file, could certainly attribute to slowness. You could upload your file so that we can check if there’s something out of the ordinary going on. Make sure to mention this thread in the comments field.

I think Riccardo might on to something.
Turn off file compression.

Also, try saving to your local SSD. That should be WAY faster.
