Rhino EXPORT ggIFC file to import to DIALUX not working

I want to EXPORT a 3D file from rhino and IMPORT to dialux to create a lighting calucaltion on the model.

However I am unable to export the GGIFC file

The plugin wont work saying the computer is unlicensed.
