Rhino doesn’t want to open

I downloaded rhino with the 90 days trail and when i try to start it up the login would pop up but I’m not able to click on it then eventually it would disappear. How do i fix this?

I see you have created a login account, but have not added your V7 license key to your Personal licenses.
You can do that here:
https://www.rhino3d.com/licenses?controller=home

Then when you enter your email address there, Rhino will find your 90-day license and start.

Any luck?

Was a email sent to me about the license, the school i am ay said no license was required.

Are you going to believe your school or the developers of Rhino?
Rhino requires a license.

For 90-days, a one-time evaluation license is free, but you still need it.

Several Rhino versions ago, instead of a 90-day evaluation, we used a limited number of saves mechanism. That had other issues so since V6, even Rhino evaluations require a license key.

Juliana, to be clear, can you enter your email in that dialog box? or does the dialog box go away before you can do anything essentially closing rhino?

Okay I found the license key. And yes the box shows up but it freezes and doesn’t let me click or type on it and the eventually goes away

Hi Juliana,

I’m sorry this isn’t working for you. You’re the second person in a couple days to report this problem, and we’re struggling to figure out why Rhino crashes before letting you enter your email address. I’ll DM you some suggestions to help us figure out the cause.
