Rhino dimensions aren't accurate

For example, I draw a line that is 22 5/8",and when I measure, It’s showing 22 1/2". You can see in the command line where I wrote 22.625".

I suspect the named annotation style you are using is set to round to the nearest 1/4" or 1/2".
